Garden Insect
Hi everyone!
I'm sorry I didn't end up posting much over the holidays. I didn't have much time- I've been walking like a mad person, biking, drawing, writing, making art- the lost goes on. This week Megan asked us to go into our gardens and pick a heap of flowers, twigs, leaves- anything really- and make an insect out of them. This is mine!
Hope ya'll are doing okay in lock down. Let me know what you're doing to pass the time.
Annelise :)

WOW, this looks absolutely amazing! Well done on such a cool creation. Could you please make sure you put your original drawing/slide in to your Reading folder so I can access it and put it on the class blog as well.
ReplyDeleteDid you take your inspiration from a real life insect? If so, you could maybe add a picture of the actual insect as well.
Hi Annelise,
ReplyDeleteI love your insect! I was thinking about these insect posts and thought one way you could add to them would be to create a bit of a backstory about your creature, what does it eat? How does it get around? Does it fly? I'd love to hear what you come up with.
I've been spending my lockdown time connecting with teachers and students and playing with my dog. He's going to hate it when we go back to normal school!
