I hope you're having a great day and you enjoyed your holidays!
I titled this as 15 minute writing, but I actually wrote this in the holidays, XD. I've written four chapters, but Imma post them individually so they doesn't take up the whole page again. Enjoy!

Elementals: Book one
One-Hazel
I stepped inside the school. It didn’t look much like the other schools I’d been to, this one looked more like a medieval castle. Mum told me six was my lucky number. True, but I doubted I’d do well at a magic school. A year before, I’d gone to sleep in my warm, dry room and woken to find it raining. Inside. I guess that’s when mum signed me up. She told me I was going to a school called ‘Dragon Academy’. I didn’t know what to think at the time, and googled it on my Chromebook. It turned out I was going to a well known magic school in a year or so. At first, I was excited, then I kinda forgot about it until one week ago, when mum swept into my room and yelled at me for drawing when I should be packing. That's when I remembered.
So here I was, gaping at the ‘Dragon Academy’. I glanced down at the map I’d taken from a pile on a bench and looked for somewhere to chill. I’d found my dorm, a blue and white room, and met my roommate, a boy about my age called Alex. He seemed nice, and told me he was studying air. I looked impressed and mentioned that morning. Alex had nodded. “So you’re studying water, right?’
“I guess?”
He’d given me his number and wandered off, claiming he wanted to find the canteen. I set up my room, putting up posters of movies and books and some of my own drawings too. Then I found the canteen, didn’t see Alex or anyone else, just someone squeezed in a corner, reading intently. I grabbed some food and left, on the lookout of a place to chill. In one corner of the map there was a place which looked like a shapeless blob on the map, labeled ‘Jappenese cultural site’ Judging by the fact that barely anyone my age liked culture, apart from me, I decided it would be deserted. I texted Alex to tell him where I was if he wanted to come, and his reply was simple. “Yep. See you there.” With a smiling emoji with the tongue hanging out. I made my way to the ‘curtral site’, pushing through bamboo hedges and squeezing through sculptures, until I made it. It seemed small on the outside, a simple shelter with walls, a triangular roof and beautiful golden highlights to the turquoise and purple paint.
I stepped inside.
The room was much bigger on the inside than it seemed. There were fat stuffed pillows and bean bags lounging on the white carpeted floor, and Potted plants adorned a bookshelf holding books, (duh), some biscuits and crackers, fruit, bottles of water and even a few bags of lollies. Lining one wall was a thin white table which held up six computers and a coffee machine and stacked red mugs with the words ‘dragon academy' written across them in small white text.
I perched myself at a computer and searched for some games. A few were blocked, but I installed ‘Minecraft’ and logged in. I played around on survival for about an hour, then Alex came in, his mouth gaping. I grinned at him. “You want me to pick up your jaw from the ground?”
Alex turned towards me, managing to close his mouth. “Hey, Hazel.” He paused, squinting at the computer screen. “Minecraft?”
“Yep. You wanna join my world?”
He nodded and we installed it on another computer, playing around, joking and pranking each other in the game.
I heard footsteps and a person walked inside.
So that's chapter one. I hope you enjoyed it and I'll post the next chapter next week.
Have a great day :)
